ALL ABOUT JESUS!

Recently, Kim and I were blessed to attend Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster County for the sacred presentation of “Jesus”. My heart was so truly inspired by the performance. I was moved so very deeply within from beginning to end. I experienced moments of ecstatic joy and seasons of broken-hearted crying. 

As I exited the experience, I wanted my life to be all about Jesus. I desired to be a more Jesus-reflecting husband, dad, brother, son, friend, neighbor and leader.  I thought of all the other stuff that is part of our everyday lives — temporary and meaningless stuff —and while I know that life includes all of this stuff, nevertheless, I prayed, and I still pray, that my own life will be more Jesus-focused, even that my life will be all about Jesus.

Since He called me to fulltime ministry, I have been overwhelmed with humility. My life would never be the same again. And what a wonderful thing His calling still is upon my life. I owe Jesus my Everything and I want Him to be my Everything. Yes, I will say it again... I WANT MY LIFE TO BE ALL ABOUT JESUS!
