Let us pray:
Comfort our hearts, oh Loving Lord.
Really, we slightly reword our prayer and say, Continue to comfort our hearts, oh God, for Your trustworthiness thus far makes You worthy of all our trust, today, even for forever.
Your promise to comfort us is true, for The Comforter has come and has stayed and has been altogether our assurance for all of our days. Praise You, Loving Lord.
Finally, comfort others through us. Make us Your extensions of peace. Amen and Amen.
