Our son, Grayson, is employed by the local church, Harrisonburg VA First Church of the Nazarene, as their Podcast Producer, and has served a few years now on the OCC Board in the local community to help with public relations for the yearly Christmas project. He was quoted in a recent article in the local paper -- The Daily News Record. It touched my heart deeply, simply because Grayson is such a behind-the-scenes servant.
People who don’t take the time to know him really miss out on the real deal when it comes to Jesus-believers. I have learned so much from being his dad and his friend, but mostly from being his brother in Christ. I am a debtor to God, in part, because God has entrusted Grayson and me to wear the same family name -- Willis.
