The third and final verse of one old, beloved hymn of the church -- "Great is Thy Faithfulness" -- warmed my heart this weekend as I joined in with other voices singing it at two Christian funerals in Kansas City.
Here are the heartwarming words:
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,
Thy own dear Presence to cheer and to guide,
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow;
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside.
Presence Matters Most!
