Praying the Psalms is powerful to me. My personal prayer paraphrase of the verse listed further below, Psalm 55:17, is:
My Lord, even though my cries of petition and intercession to You are at times to me, just seemingly unwarranted complaints, even just hollow, random noises, still I will desperately call on Your Name all day and all night long, because I know You love me and listen always. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
