We met in first grade and have cared deeply for each other for all these years since. As God would have it we are both now second-career pastors.
Our mealtime together was sacred and celebrative. We discussed past memories, our families and things pertaining to our King and His Kingdom.
And, Paul found out -- I prepare a pretty tasty omelet, etc.
Longtime friends matter!
