Yesterday in an email exchange with a friend, I wrote these words on the subject of spontaneous Christian compassion towards others:
"How can we
truly advance in our own personal faith journeys if we know others are falling
desperately behind and crying out for encouragement (and resources) that only we might be able to give
them?"
We must respond without reservations.
