I helped conduct two funerals this week. Early in the week the Lord gave me this passage from Scripture. The words have been a great encouraement to my own soul:
(19) Thanks be to the Lord,who daily carries our burdens for us. God is our salvation. Selah (20) Our God is the God of victories. The Almighty Lord is our escape from death.

Our Lord has overcome the grave. Give Him glory.
