Day 4 -- Holy Land 11th Journey

Saturday was another Jesus-led journey day for all 41 of us on the bus. Our day would be spent on and around The Sea of Galilee.

(If photos do not fully appear click on each image.)

We began with a boat ride on the Galilee where Pastor Billy preached on "Childlike Faith" and Tim sang "10,000 Reasons". Glorious!

Next we landed at the Mark 3 location on the north side of the Galilee where Jesus proved to not only have authority over the wind and the waves but also over the spiritual realms. Yes, we were at the region of the Gadarenes where Jesus cast a legion of demons out of a miserable man who was living naked among the tombs.

Our lunch was at En GeV beside the sea. They are famous for grilled Saint Peter's fish. I ordered mine with the head on. Marvelous!

Our journey concluded at The Jordan River as 25 went public with their faith by being baptized in the same body of water that John the Baptizer baptized Jesus. The highlight for me? Baptizing my son, Grayson as he said: "Jesus died for me. I want to live for Him!" Hallelujah!

After supper, Pastor Nizar and Katy drove over from Nazareth and met us to share and to have prayer on the seaside veranda behind our hotel. Our gathering had Heavenly DNA. Blessed!

In the morning after a John 2 stop in Cana of Galilee, we will worship with the Nazareth Church of the Nazarene and then steadfastly set our faces to go to Jerusalem. Hosanna!

Shalom Y'all!

Grateful
