As i was saturating in the Word of God, these beginning words from verse 30 of Proverbs 10 strick a deep chord of peace deep in my soul:
"The godly will never be disturbed."
In the margin just above the verse i wrote these vulnerable words as a spontaneous prayer:
"Lord deepen Your peace within me until it goes beneath any and all disturbances that might be coming my way."
Later my prayer continued:
"With many spiritual disturbances threatening us these days and unseen warfare undeniably underway, i only pray that You, My Lord Jesus, will be glorified, magnified and satisfied in my life. Amen."
