Pilate agreed to be paid 30 pieces of silver to rendezvous with the religious leaders of Jerusalem in their plot to murder Jesus. As a result, the same weekend Jesus arose from His Grave, Judas was perhaps the first to be buried in the Potter’s field that his silver coins purchased. Painful, in that, Judas not only betrayed Jesus, but also himself. Let us walk always in The Light and keep our eyes forever on the Prize — Who is The Life -- Jesus Christ.
