It’s Saturday night and i am reflecting on the day. Let me say what it was like in these words:
Today, i preached the funeral service for my lifelong friend, Michael Sparks. The last two years we were closest. i am so sad to let Mike go, but i am so glad God deepened our sacred friendship beyond human words last along. i have hope “we shall meet on that beautiful shore.”
The prayer support during these tender days by so many causes me to declare anew: “i am a great and grateful debtor!”
