Like a lot of verses, I must have read this 30 times, at least, but I don't remember noticing it like this. Thanks.
His Word is like fresh bread daily, indeed.
In this passage we are told the God of hope will fill us with all joy and peace as we believe, so that we may abound and be overflowing - bubbling over - with hope.
