Depression is difficult, but it's not sin, only human. Lean into Jesus. He cares. He cries when you cry.
Just Trust The Good Shepherd to lead you through the valley of the shadow of death.
We're not home yet. Depression is temporary.

In Mark 14:33-34 Jesus began to feel distressed and anguished. He said," My anguish is so great that I feel as if I'm dying. Wait here and stay awake." Jesus experienced the weight of depression at times in His life on earth. He understands and as He asked His disciples to stay awake with Him, we will stay awake with our brothers and sisters in their hours of darkness.
I guess most things in this life are temporary. The big battle for me is staying focused on the eternal, which, as it turns out, is a good strategy for me to deal with depression!
