i have been blessed to worship, preach and serve holy communion many times in Jerusalem’s Garden Tomb location.
Lord, willing, i will lead a group there again October 27 - November 5, 2021. Details are at heartsaflame.org and it may not be too late to register and join our upcoming journey.
Also, below is a video tour that will give you some idea of that one location i have mentioned to inspire you as we remember, even now, the Passion Week of our King of Kings, Jesus.

My friend, colleague and sister in the Lord, Pastor Linette, delivered one of the most powerfully preached messages i have heard in a long time. Trust me, it’s worth 45 minutes of your life.
Pastor Linette told me this about preparing and preaching this message: "This message brought great clarity to me in my own journey for truth." It’s titled: "You Must Be Born Again!" Key Scriptrues are John 3 and Psalm 51.
Here’s the link. You are welcome.

This passage is deep water to my own soul...
"And the Pharisees and the scribes asked Him [Jesus], "Why do Your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat with defiled hands?" And He said to them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, ‘This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me; in vain do they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men.’" Mark 7:5-8 ESV
Lord, answer the cry of my heart for my own life and for all who truly claim to belong exclusively to You: "Don’t be hypocritical. Do be holy!"

Dennis Kinlaw writes these words: “The symbol of the temple was not the important thing; it was the reality behind the symbol that was crucial. The temple was a promise that God wanted to live among His people. He had told Moses that His house was to be the center of Hebrew life. But even that was not close enough. God wanted to be closer than in a house, so He decided to become one of us.”
So I pray, “Lord, dwell with, even within us. Amen.”

"God’s denouciation (public disapproval) will fall on us if in our preaching we tell people they must be holy and we ourselves are not holy. If we are not working out in our private life the messages we are handing out, we will deepen the condemnation of our own souls as messengers of God." -- Oswald Chambers
So, i pray: Lord, i want to live in the reality of The Truth, while i preach it. In the Name of Jesus. Amen. -kww

Yes, it’s late at night, nevertheless, i must make my gratitude to You, Dear Lord, clearly known.
My Mighty God, the whole world is well aware of Your wonder. In Creation alone, Your awesomeness is absolutely impossible to dismiss.
In every sunrise and sunset, Your peace and greatness can be seen. The gentle breezes that blow serve to remind us of Your undeniable existence, even Your loving kindness among us.
As we read Your Holy Word we remember Your compassion, yes, You have given us a road to redemption through Your Son.
It is Your desire to save us and not to condemn us though we deserve to be destroyed because of our rebellion against You.
Yet, Your mercy renews every morning and Your grace is amazingly extended to us over and over again. You have willed to us Your Spirit of Truth.
My prayers of thanksgiving towards You will never end. For You my God have been so good to me. i surrender again to You, all that i have and all that i am.
You, Jesus, are my Everything King. I worship You because of Who You are. i long to live in Your presence for forever and a day and today. Amen.

SHARE THE WORD / PRAY THE WORD / RECEIVE THE WORD
God spoke so tenderly and personally to me today through certain words, yes, through sacred phrases here-and-there recorded in His written Word:
"...through the darkest valley, You are with me." Ps. 23:4b [NIV]
"And the Spirit of God was hovering..." Gen. 1:2b [NLT]
"...the light makes everything visible." Eph. 5:13b [NLT]
"...receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me." Acts 26:18b [NKJV]
"...proclaim the excellencies of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light." 1 Peter 3:9b [ESV]

i love to pray the Holy Scriptures. This is my latest verse from God’s Word that i am making a prayer request from my depths:
”So may the words of my mouth, my meditation-thoughts, and every movement of my heart be always pure and pleasing, acceptable before Your eyes, Yahweh, my only Redeemer, my Protector.” Psalms 19:14 [TPT]

Her name is Ophania. She said it means "to appear." Please pray for her. She was my waitress on the road, today, and perhaps one of the main reasons i drew breath this morning.
Ophania is the mother of three children. Last year her firstborn, an 18-year-old son, was murdered. Her heart is obviously broken.
As she wept unstoppable tears, i simply and sacredly listened and prayed and finally spoke tender words of care, life, and hope into her pain. i left her with the words of the Psalmist, 34:18: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; He rescues those whose spirits are crushed."
i am not a hero. i am, however, a great and a grateful debtor; so, i basically breathe to be found showing up in the lives of others -- all others -- as a humble carrier of the Presence of Jesus.

“This is how we’ve come to understand and experience love: Christ sacrificed his life for us. This is why we ought to live sacrificially for our fellow believers, and not just be out for ourselves. If you see some brother or sister in need and have the means to do something about it but turn a cold shoulder and do nothing, what happens to God’s love? It disappears. And you made it disappear.” 1 John 3:16-17 MSG

Years ago, i prayed a prayer that’s stuck with me for a long time: “Lord, have your way with Your clay, today.”
The past couple of phone calls, my dear Mom, Lady Melba, and i have shared, she’s asked me to find a favorite song of hers to encourage me. It’s titled: “He didn’t throw away the clay.”
i finally found it and now share it with you as an encouragement from Lady Melba and her son:

Leaving the last supper having rejected Jesus in his heart...
"...Judas headed out to his own destruction and Jesus made no plea for him. His word is simply, "What you do, do quickly." [John 13:26-28] ...
...Scripture is clear that a moment can come in a person’s life when God has nothing more to say. It has all been said, and... rejected."

So, let us "approach the throne of grace with confidence" through Christ [Hebrews 4:16].
"We have access to the Father through Jesus, Who in His death rent the veil of the temple and made access for all persons to come boldly to God, but we do not come alone. We come through Jesus, so our boldness is not presumption. It is based on the atoning work of Christ." -- Dennis Kinlaw
Lord, when it comes to approaching the throne of grace, WE COME BOLDLY... BUT... we come boldly only because of Your blood and by Your presence and in Your name. Amen. -kww

Friends, do your soul a favor and set aside 26 minutes and 28 seconds of your life to see and hear this anointed missional message by my friend and general superintendent, Dr. David Busic, titled "The Sending!"
He was speaking to both retiring and new missionaries, nevertheless, the Lord is speaking through him to all Jesus-believers, i truly believe.
