As I Should

Today, I would like to share with you this encouragement to pray:

(2) Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart. (3) Pray for us, too, that God will give us many opportunities to speak about His mysterious plan concerning Christ. That is why I am here in chains. (4) Pray that I will proclaim this message as clearly as I should.
-- Colossians 4:2-4 (NLT)

Let us never stop praying.
Grateful

  1. The purpose of prayer is to foster an intimate relationship
between our Heavenly Father and us. Prayer brings us before
the Throne of Grace; we enter into The Father's Holy presence,
in the name of Jesus Christ His only Son, with the help of the
    indwelling Holy Spirit.

  2. References to prayer in the NT are mostly to pray for other Christians, especially for leaders.

    Thanks!
