Lord, we need Your strength today
Be our Light, our Hope, our Way.
Apart from You, our souls cannot breathe
Come to us, please never leave.

Weariness tends to chase us down
Let us, in You, alone be found.
Meaningless our lives would be
If Your kind mercy we could not see.

For Your approval we humbly ask
Your countenance, our only mask.
