"You’ve got to believe that God is in control of your life. It may be a tough time but you’ve got to believe that God has a reason for it and he’s going to make everything good."
A perfect illustration of this in my life just this morning. I had thought that my time and work doing large massage events was over after a Christian friend stole my corporate massage contract from beneath me...I said, Lord do what you will-because I don't want to do massage like this anymore if it's not your will for me. I haven't advertised, I haven't really done much of anything...and this morning my phone rang--it was a lady who had been referred to me by the Diocese of Virginia (whom I work with to provide event massage for their clergy)....I sat in amazement after I hung up the phone. Sometimes it's hard to wait and see what God is doing...sometimes, it's hard to allow time to pass as we tend to want everything in the immediate...but I guess I learned today that God really doesn't forget why He put you here...even when everything else tries to convince you that you were mistaken...Thank you God.
God Is in Control

ReplyDeleteLife is hard, indeed. Your pain in my heart. The Lord knows, cares, and helps. Indeed, He understands. Keep trusting even during the too hard times.
